The Progestrone test box from thetopdogpetstore is available in two type options: Serum and Whole blood. Choose the type that matches your testing needs.
Ordered the whole blood option since that's what my vet uses, and the results matched her in-clinic numbers almost exactly. Having both serum and whole blood versions available is what sold me, since I can pick whichever fits the test. Shipping was quick too.
I've been burned by at-home test kits before, but this one gave me a reading I could actually trust. The whole blood option is what sold me since I don't have a centrifuge at home. Two tests in and the results have been consistent every time.
The serum option gave me clean, readable results on the first try, which was a relief since I’d messed up a blood test before. Wish the instructions were a bit clearer on storage, but the test itself did what it needed to do.
